1. I am being granted a scholarship to participate in this program, covering the cost of my enrollment.
2. The program must be completed within 6 months of enrollment.
3. Extensions may be granted only on a case by case basis, depending on individual circumstances.
4. Inactivity, lack of communication, or lack of consistent progress will result in discharge from the program, which may forfeit my scholarship.
5. I agree to attend Monthly Progress Review Meetings with ReBirth Empowerment Education (REE) staff throughout my participation in the program.
