ReBirth Empowerment Education Joins the 75 Million Network to Advance Quality Jobs

We are proud to announce that ReBirth Empowerment Education is one of the first members of the 75 Million Network, a powerful new national initiative led by JFF to ensure that by 2033, 75 million Americans facing barriers to economic advancement will have access to quality jobs.

What Is a Quality Job?

At ReBirth, we believe that a quality job is more than just a paycheck. At a minimum, it must:

  • 💼 Offer competitive pay
  • 🛡️ Provide physical safety
  • 📈 Help workers gain skills and experience to advance

This definition aligns perfectly with our mission to create equitable economic opportunities and career pathways for underserved communities.

Our Commitment: 300 Trained for Quality Jobs

As part of our pledge to the 75 Million Network, ReBirth Empowerment Education is committed to training 300 individuals over the next three years. We will focus on those who have been historically excluded from traditional workforce pipelines, those facing systemic barriers such as poverty, limited access to education, and employment discrimination.

Our Workforce Development Program provides:

  • Career readiness training
  • Industry-recognized credentials
  • Digital and financial literacy
  • One-on-one employment coaching

We prepare our participants for middle-wage, high-demand careers, closing the gap between employer needs and workforce readiness.

Meeting the Moment in Texas

According to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, by 2030, over 60% of jobs in Texas will require a postsecondary credential. Through partnerships with Grow with Google and the National Retail Federation (NRF), we are ensuring that our community is ready.

  • Customer Service & Sales
